Widowed Květa (Daisy) is alone in her villa on the outskirts of Prague, her purpose—caring for Jiři—gone. To escape loneliness, she builds a lair in the cellar. When she meets a new postman, Bohumil, she deceives him with fake letters and locks him in the basement. He surrenders and adapts, but Květa is done with talking she loses her purpose. Did she get what she wanted? And now what? Can Bohumil still imagine life outside the lair?
