Tuan Nini - SYAA 2021

Tuan Nini came to Bucharest in 2006 from Malaysia, and has been working as a freelance illustrator in advertising and publishing after graduating from UNARTE in 2011. After nearly a decade of working with still images, Nini rediscovers her childhood love comics and animation, and started making frame-by-frame animation in 2019. Finding the element of time intriguing to work with, she hopes to dive into long-form visual storytelling work and meet and collaborate with other creators along the way.
