Spaces of Resonance – Austrian Animated Short Film Screening

SYAA – Sisterhood of Young Animation Auteurs invites audiences to a special screening of “Spaces of Resonance”, a program of Austrian animated short films curated by the Tricky Women / Tricky Realities Festival.

The event offers a rare opportunity to discover contemporary Austrian animation and discuss the works directly with the guest.

Bringing together a selection of experimental works by contemporary Austrian filmmakers, the program explores personal, emotional and sensory landscapes through animation. The films approach themes such as memory, perception, the body, and the inner worlds we carry with us, using diverse techniques and bold visual languages.

The screening will take place on 13 March 2026 at 18:30, at UNATC “I. L. Caragiale”, Sala Cinema (Str. Matei Voievod 75-77).

The screening will be held in the presence of Karin Fisslthaler, director of “Sie Puppt mit Puppen”, followed by a Q&A with the audience, moderated by Andrei Voineag.
